2009 Show is relocated to mall
A decision was made to move the 2009 Emporia Flatland Cruisers Car Show to the Flinthills Mall in Emporia. Several heavy rains prior to the show and the flooding of the Cottonwood River resulted in wet grounds and water standing in Soden's Grove Park. An area of the mall parking
lot was roped off and over 120 cars, trucks and motorcycles were displayed. The day started off with cool and windy weather and the afternoon turned out to be great weather for a show. Thanks to everyone who particaped in the show and to all the public who show up to view the vehicles.
